Daniela Cronembold, Esq.

Drawing on her broad experience, Daniela Cronembold welcomes the opportunity to serve property owners.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Daniela completed her legal studies at the prestigious Sciences Po Paris and UC Berkeley School of Law, where she served as an annual review member of the Berkeley Technology Law Review.

Daniela is a scientist by training and after having children, she married her scientific mind with her passion for the law by helping cutting-edge companies in pharmaceuticals secure patents and protect their intellectual property. Daniela is particularly adept at legal research and arming us with case law which is instrumental for our office making compelling arguments in court.

After becoming the owner of short-term rental properties, Daniela developed a keen awareness of the many pitfalls facing property owners and gravitated to landlord-tenant law. She found her calling.

Housing providers should understand there is a proliferation of lawsuits throughout the Bay Area but that they can get some comfort in knowing Daniela is skilled at defending against “vexatious litigation,” the term for legal actions that are brought, regardless of their merits, primarily to harass, annoy, or subdue an adversary.

Daniela is strongly committed to the community and, among other volunteer work, proudly serves as a San Francisco Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children in Foster Care.
