Meet the attorney who adds depth and breadth to our firm, Stanley Riddell

Stan represents clients in a broad spectrum of litigation matters regarding both commercial and residential real property, construction, and landlord-tenant disputes.

His practice focuses on real estate disputes between buyers, sellers, contractors, brokers, and agents, easements, property boundary disputes, and partition actions.

Most of Stan's clients are owners of real property, real estate agents and agencies, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and accountants in lawsuits arising from any number of fractious issues including, but not limited to:

  • Purchase agreement disputes

  • Failures to disclose claims

  • Easement and boundary disputes

  • Partition actions

  • Wrongful evictions, uninhabitable conditions, and complying with no-fault eviction requirements under state and local ordinances.

Stan is a graduate of UC College of the Law SF and is admitted to the California State Bar and the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeal and the Northern District of California.
