When an outgoing tenant leaves belongings behind, it is not a game of finder-keepers. Landlords must make a reasonable effort to return the items that remain in the rental unit and exercise some care of them.

Whenever there is stuff left behind, this requires a Notice of Abandonment that our office can prepare and serve.
