Talk about what name should appear in a lease if the property for rent is in a trust. Should the lease show the complete name of the trust, or just mention the name of the trustee, adding that this person is representing the trust?

Putting the full name of the trust is perfectly fine.

From our experience, many Personal Representatives and trustees who inherit property do not want to play landlord and would rather sell the property - more often than not, the heirs don't want the property; instead, they want to liquidate the estate's assets.
