Relocation payments just went up. 

When a tenant is transitioned out of the unit through no fault of their own, housing providers should be aware of new payment amounts to effectuate a vacancy. Households with elderly or disabled persons and/or minor children will be entitled to even more of a financial cushion as they part ways with their landlord.

Housing Inventory reporting is due on March 1, 2024, as well as the annual Rent Board fee. 

For any laggards, we remind you there will be consequences if you are not in good graces with the Rent Board. Please comply with your requirements to avoid trouble later on.
