In the debate over "fair chance" housing laws, Daniel tells ABC7 News that landlords have an obligation to provide a safe community and should be able to access risks. Time and time again, we have said that we are all for second chances for formerly incarcerated individuals, but we also are for transparency in evaluating whether or not someone poses a risk to other occupants and neighboring tenants.
