Kathryn Quetel, Esq.

Kathryn Quetel has spent more than 17 years with Bornstein Law, representing Bay Area rental property owners and property management companies in landlord-tenant disputes and real estate litigation.

She regularly appears before the San Francisco Rent Board and assists property owners with tenant buyouts, including agreements negotiated in connection with property sales. Her experience also includes complex litigation involving residential and commercial properties.

Before joining Bornstein Law, Kathryn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ishmael Meyers of the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the U.S. Virgin Islands Bar Association.
