NICOLE BLAKE, ESQ.
More than practicing landlord-tenant law, Nicole Blake has lived it. Growing up in Brooklyn with her immigrant grandmother who owned a building rented out to her neighbors, Nicole learned at an early age the value of community and what it takes to resolve tensions in rental relationships.
This chapter of her life gave Nicole a unique perspective on how to lower the temperature in heated conflicts and broker a mutually beneficial solution.
Her passion for solving problems was honed as a Peace Corps volunteer and a member of a local city advisory board.
Nicole strengthened her legal acumen obtaining a J.D. at the University Hastings College of the Law in 2009. This launched her legal career in the public sector and then at Bornstein Law, where she has proven to be a strong advocate for property owners’ rights.
